Amazon Employees Can Bring Their Dogs to Work
9/13/20261 min read
Amazon, an American online retailer and technology company, allows employees to bring their dogs to work through its Dogs at Work program to promote employee well-being and foster interdepartmental collaboration.
The company offers dog parks near its facilities, featuring play areas, designated bathroom spots, wash stations, and secure fencing.
Employees organize dog-related activities such as treat-baking classes, veterinary seminars, agility courses, and dog-friendly events. They also share photos of their pets through an online chat room.
Over 10,000 dogs are registered in the program worldwide.
